What could the inscription ¡Vota! on the google homepage mean?

Here's what showed up on google's home page. Next to the word “vote” in Spanish it says ¡Vota! which also means vote, probably a reference to comedian Tony Hinchcliffe's speech at one of Trump's rallies called Puerto Rico a trash island where the official language is Spanish.

Puerto Rico is an island belonging to the US, but it is not a state, i.e. Puerto Rico belongs to the US, but it is not a state or a separate country, which is sad. Puerto Rico is a state of the usa!
